Shajan catered our event recently. He is a wonderful person and took care of all the arrangements including small details that made the event spectacular. He gave a very reasonable price for our menu and brought food hot and fresh to the location on time with enough staff and other arrangements. Food is extremely delicious and all our guests were very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Every item in our order was perfectly prepared. Shajan went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Shajan and his team.

Absolutely phenomenal cooking and Sajaan, the chef, takes a lot of trouble. He's very detail-oriented and he just gives us what we wanted. I had 25 people over for dinner and not one person left hungry so that says a lot He did such a variety of dishes and it was fabulous. Thank you Sajaan!

Chef Sajan and the 5th Element team made our 25th wedding anniversary party a phenomenal success!
From the initial consultation, Chef Sajan impressed us with his openness to our ideas and his expertise in guiding us toward a perfect menu. Our discussions were lively, productive, and ultimately resulted in a customized selection, complete with some delightful surprises from the Chef.
On the day of the event, the 5th Element crew arrived promptly and transformed the dining area before we even got there. The decorations, featuring their dishes and various trinkets, were spectacular and made the celebration feel more like a vow renewal than just a party.
The food itself was a true highlight. Every dish was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The appetizers—from the paneer skewers and live bhajji/pakora station to the unique cheese balls in a tomato cappuccino—were a massive hit with all our guests. The main courses and desserts were equally fantastic, bursting with wonderful flavor. One guest, in particular, heaped praise on the gajjar halwa, saying it reminded him of home (which certainly explained his generous serving!).
Beyond the incredible food and setup, the 5th Element team was professional, cleaning up meticulously after the event and leaving the dining area spotless.
As the saying goes, the food is the one thing people remember about any event, and that has certainly been true for ours. Our friends and guests are still raving that it was the best food they have ever had.
